Thank you for your initial interest in playing in the upcoming season.
Registration fees will be refunded if a player is unable to play for any reason other than quitting on one's own accord or do to any Federal , State or Local mandated closures. This also applies to players from the waitlist.
Please fill out the following information below and a refund will be processed within 30 days from the day submitted.
Refund Policy: 80% will be refunded before any practices has started. After May 1 refund will only be 50% of player fees. No refund requests will be honored after June 5.
